Again, the top – notch real estate firm in Ogun State, Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, has been named the Number 1 (One) Realtor of the Year 2022.
Pelican Valley beats 11 other estate firms to clinch the title after a three – day long online voting by members of the public who were deemed keen watchers of the real estate industry and the practitioners in the Gateway State.
The cheering news was announced on Sunday afternoon by the awarding organisation – Amebo Newspaper NG.
The managing editor of Amebo Newspapers, Solanke Taiwo, in a release stated that a formal presentation of the Award to the winning company would be decided on an agreed date and time.
Solanke noted that the company emerged winner after partaking in an online Facebook contest among other contemporaries with a poll of 628 votes, beating “Sweet Estate” which scored 406 votes.
Reacting, the Pelican Valley says it received the announcement with utmost joy and gratitude to God for the feat, describing it as an honour well deserved.
In a statement on Sunday by the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the real estate firm, Dr. Babatunde Muritala Adeyemo, he commended the organiser of the healthy competition, declaring that the Victory is for “Due diligence, due process, Integrity, transparency, our commitment to clients’ satisfaction and Ogun State urban laws enforcement agencies.”
Adeyemo also commended the unique electorate of the contest, hailing them for voting Pelican Valley in the online poll.
He stated, “We receive with gratitude to God the emergence of our foremost real estate firm; Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, as the Best Realtor of the Year 2022 in Ogun State this Sunday, April 16, 2023.
We feel particularly happy about this latest feat of ours, it is an addition to the litany of similar feats garnered by us in recent times. This is well deserved because it comes via free, fair, credible and transparent process of electronic voting, collation of results and the subsequent declaration of Pelican Valley Nigeria limited as the Winner by the Panel of judge(s).
