Gospel artiste and pastor, Nathaniel Bassey, has charged unmarried participants of the Hallelujah Challenge to commit to sexual purity till marriage.
Speaking during a session of the ongoing online prayer programme, Bassey urged those trusting God for breakthroughs to back their prayers with consecration.
He called on participants to make a covenant with God to abstain from sex outside marriage.
“If you are a sister here or a brother, you will make a promise to God that you will not sleep with anybody who is not your spouse,” he said.
He asked participants to honour God with their bodies and enter into what he described as a holy deal with God.
“Are you ready to enter into a deal with God, a holy deal? That the next time you have sex, it will be with your godly ordained spouse,” he added.
Bassey also charged business owners participating in the programme to shun sharp practices and make restitution where necessary.
He urged them to commit to integrity in their dealings and do things differently going forward.
