Businesswoman Amaka Okeke has denied allegations linking her romantically to media personality Frank Edoho amid the controversy surrounding the collapse of his second marriage.
Amaka’s name surfaced following claims made by Edoho’s estranged wife, Sandra Onyenucheya, who accused her of playing a role in the breakdown of the marriage.
Reacting in a statement released on Friday, Amaka described the allegations as false, malicious and damaging to her reputation.
She stated, “Over the past few hours, my name has been wrongly linked to false and baseless allegations currently circulating online. For clarity, Frank Edoho and I met in 2024 on strictly business-related matters and only became good friends in May 2025 when he was dealing with a personal matter… Any narrative beyond this is completely untrue.”
Amaka explained that her relationship with the TV host was initially professional before it later evolved into a friendship during a difficult period in his personal life.
She also condemned the spread of unverified claims on social media and warned that legal action could be taken against those behind the allegations.
She added, “I am deeply disappointed to see my name attached to narratives that are malicious, baseless, and entirely inaccurate. I kindly ask that people refrain from spreading unverified claims… My legal team has been informed accordingly and will take action in due course.”
