Former Military Head of State, retired General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB), has celebrated President Bola Tinubu on his 73rd birthday anniversary, describing him as uncommon personality and the “Asiwaju of the Universe.”
In his birthday message on Saturday, IBB praised Tinubu’s leadership of the country at a very challenging period, stating that only those who had been there could understand exactly the grit required to lead Nigeria and Nigerians.
The former military president commended Tinubu’s commitment to democratic values, pledging his support and solidarity with the president always.

I can easily recollect when our paths crossed in the late eighties when the government I ran was trying to birth democracy.
