An Oyo State High Court, sitting at Ring Road has granted bail to Olori Naomi Silekunola, Alhaji Oriyomi Hazmat, and Abdulahi Fasasi.
Justice K. B Olawoyin, presiding over Court 8, gave the ruling on Monday following a bail application filed by the Counsel of Naomi , Hamzat and the school principal, Abdulahi Fasasi.
The Court fixed had on January 7 fixed Monday (today) for the ruling after Silekunola, Hazmat and Fasasi’s lawyer on argued the bail application.
The Judge mentioned N10 million bond, two sureties who must submit landed documents within the jurisdiction of the court as the bail conditions the three should satisfy.
Others conditions are that the applicant must deposit their international passport with the court and they are barred from granting any form of interview during the pendency of the case
