A Port Harcourt-based woman, Amy Kay, is trending on Facebook after she shared unbelievable accounts of the horrible things her father did to her before he finally drove her out of the house.
Amy Kay recounted the story of how her father beat her to a stupor and proceeded to strangle her to de@th.
She said she was almost passing out when she summoned the courage to grab his scrotum and squeeze it, forcing him to leave her alone.
She claimed the man chased her out of the house that very day and she had not looked back.
Kay was responding to an account of a woman who complained about severe abuse in the hands of her father and asked for advice on what she could do.
She responded by telling the person that her own father did worst things to her.

“My dad did worst to me, he’ll tell me to strip, pour pepper water on my body, tell me to spread my legs and he’ll pour pepper in my v*gina and eyes, then lock me up inside the toilet till the next morning.
One morning before he finally sent me packing in September 2018, he punched me on my nose, I started bleeding and almost fainted, he carried me into our room and started strangling me, I saw death, my vision became blurry, saliva started pouring from my mouth, I was jerking, my eyes were closing in death, but I said no, I will not die, that’s was how I held his balls and he left me!
I have forgiven him but will never forget.
Let this babe take heart, she should run away, before he kills her.”
Many readers focused on her response and forgot the original poster. Many doubted her story and called her a liar. Some accused her of saying too much about her family even if true.
She responded with more sordid account.
“This is not over sharing, i always like speaking up because it makes me heal.
I take it as life!
Everybody must pass through one or two.
But e dey shock me when it gets to my turn and some people will say I’m lying.
It’s really painful!
My father was very harsh and strict even to my mum.
And i was this stubborn type, i no dey hear word and our spirit no match.
I won’t say I’m a saint, nah! I was this annoying type but my dad took the discipline too serious, it made me hate him!
If i do something wrong, my dad will tell everyone to ghost me in the house, for weeks nobody will talk to me.
My father use to send my younger ones to flog me.
He’ll strip me in their front and flog my bum.
He’ll tell me to use my mouth and tell myself that I’m useless.
Others go dey sleep, he’ll wake me up by 4 am to wash car, every morning!
If i no wash am well, better beating go follow!
Nothing my papa never use flog me, koboko, wire, Hose, Very big stick, Matchet, belt, Rod, sometimes he’ll carry me up and land me on the ground.
When he saw beating no dey enter me, he started putting pepper inside my body and eyes, he’ll tell me to be walking around naked, he’ll lock me inside the kitchen or toilet at night.
When he saw i was used to this one, he started pursuing me outside.
One day i forgot to fetch water, he came back furious and pushed me out in the night, i enter bad boys hands, they raped me from, 9pm to 3am, three fucking penis, entered me the whole night!
I felt depression for the first time.
Another time i disobeyed him, he carried my clothes and burnt them, then i angrily stoned his Car wind screen, oga lock me up for police station for two days, as my mama wan complain, them arrest her join, police people beat her up.
Let me not type much, but this man wanted to kill me one Sunday morning, September 2018, same month i was raped.
He waited til my mum left for church, i was sweeping, he came to my back and punched me on my nose, i started bleeding profusely from my nose and mouth, i wanted to faint, he carried me to our bedroom, he started beating me with his hands, when he saw i wasn’t dieing, he started strangling me, i started jerking, my eyes started closing in death, my vision got blurry, i was foaming from my mouth, when i saw i was giving up the ghost, i grabbed his balls, he was shocked.
He left me and that was the end, he sent me packing till today!!”
