A – 200 – Level student in the Department of Animal Breeding & Genetics, Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB), has gone missing from the institution.
The student identified as Solomon Emmanuel Destiny was last seen on Thursday at Ogboja Village (Oluwo – Osile Axis), according to the University.
Mr Kola Adepoju, Head, Directorate of Public Relations, FUNAAB, who confirmed this on Sunday the matter had been reported to relevant security agencies.
Adepoju assured parents or guardians of the missing student, his colleagues and the public that the University and security agencies were doing the needful to find and bring him back to them safely,
“Our student is missing and our University Management has swung into action by reporting the development to relevant security agencies.
“We want to assure the parents or guardians of our student that is missing,ditto his colleagues and the public, in general that the University and security agencies are doing the needful to find him and bring him back to his parents and colleagues safely,” Adepoju stated
