As Nigerians welcome year 2025, the Minority Leader of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon. Lukman Adeleye, has urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to demonstrate sincerity and commitment in tackling the nation’s problems.
Adeleye, representing Odogbolu State Constituency, emphasized the need for genuine leadership to steer the country towards a better future in his new year message in Odogbolu, Ogun State.
He expressed optimism for the new year, citing the resilience and determination of Nigerians who have persevered through the economic challenges of 2024.
Adeleye enjoined Nigerians not to despair or give up on the Country, assuring that there is light at the end of the tunnel as the President continues to work the Country.
He envisioned 2025 as a year of abundance, hope, and endless possibilities, praying for a glorious end to the year, filled with joy and success.
In the spirit of giving and solidarity, Adeleye donated cash gifts totaling 12.5 million naira to 15 wards in his constituency, benefiting leaders, traditional councils, support groups, and religious organizations.
Additionally, he provided food outreach to the people of Ibefun, valued at 2 million naira, as a gesture of support during these challenging times, saying “this is just part of my promises to the people outside my legislative duties.
