Pelican-Valley Nigeria Limited is set to commission the next phase of its Ecostay Apartments on October 18, 2026, in a landmark event that will also see the official handover of keys to new landlords.
The event marks another milestone in Pelican-Valley’s development of its eco-friendly residential community at Pelican Brief along Masa – Kobape – Abeokuta corridor of Ogun State.
A statement by the company on Sunday said the occasion will celebrate both the completion of another phase of the project and the arrival of new members into its growing community.
