Leading Nigerian celebrity magazine – City People Magazine, has listed multiple awards winning realtor and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Dr Babatunde Adeyemo, for exemplary honour and award at her 8th edition of the City People Real Estate Awards 2023.
The ceremony which will hold on Sunday, November 12 in Lagos, is meant to demonstrate the Magazine’s “appreciation of Dr Adeyemo’s remarkable performance in Real Estate sector,” according to Seye Kehinde, the Publisher /Editor- In – Chief in a letter addressed to him and seen by The Daily Crucible.
This is coming just as Adeyemo is also billed to grace the Special Sunday Service of the Egba Diocese of St. Peter’s African Church, Abule – Ojo, Fidiwo same day as a guest speaker on the topic, ‘Importance of real estate in Nigeria, its advantages, challenges and way forward.’
The Daily Crucible reports that barely a week ago, Sunday, October 29 at the Excellent Event Centre Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, Dr Adeyemo was bestowed with the Emerald Humanitarian Service Award 2023 by the Rotary Club Of Oluomo Sunrise Abeokuta during the formal installation of the ex – Special Assistant to Governor Dapo Abiodun on Youths Affairs, Rotarian Olamide Lawal, as the Club’s President.
At the colourful ceremony graced by Deputy Governor Noimot Oyedele – Salako, an engineer, Commissioner for Women Affairs, Hon. Motunrayo Oladapo – Adeleye, the Aboro of Ibeseland, Oba Rotimi Mulero, Senator Lanre Tejuoso among other dignitaries, the ECOWAS Youth Ambassador and foremost realtor reiterated his commitment to support and encourage Nigerians who are engaged in worthy ventures towards advancing the growth and development of society and humanity.
According to him, he renders such support through leading by example in real estate business and also through the Oko Opo Foundation, a not – for – profit charity initiative he puts in place to cater for the widows, their dependants, the less privileged and vulnerable members of the society.
