The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Ambassador Babatunde Adeyemo, has received two of the company’s key diaspora clients at Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape, Abeokuta, in what he described as a significant moment of trust, investment and fulfilment.
The clients, identified as Mr. Alawaiye and Mr. Abejide, who visited the site at the weekend, had acquired their properties at the estate three years ago through proxy, relying on Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited to manage the acquisition process and development permits on their behalf while they remained abroad.
According to Adeyemo, the clients have now returned to the estate in person following the completion and securing of their property documentation, development permits to the progress of physical development on their respective properties.
The real estate entrepreneur described the development as one of the most rewarding experiences in real estate, particularly when clients who invested from a distance are able to return and see their investments taking shape.

He explained that the clients had three years earlier demonstrated confidence in the company’s vision by purchasing their properties strictly by proxy, adding that their successful transition from remote investors to on-site property developers underscored the importance of trust and proper documentation in real estate transactions.
“Three years ago, they trusted our vision and acquired their lands strictly by proxy. Today, with their seamless property documentation fully secured, they are officially on-site and commencing physical development,” he said.
