The Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission (OGSIEC) has reminded residents of Ilaro Ward 1, Yewa South Local Government Area that the bye-election to fill the vacant councillorship seat will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
The exercise is scheduled to hold between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. During this period, vehicular movement within the Ward will be restricted, Babatunde Osibodu, Chairman, OGSIEC, said in a statement on Thursday.
Residents are urged to comply with all rules and regulations guiding the electoral process. Security personnel will be fully deployed to maintain peace and order throughout the exercise.
