Residents and good people of Ijebu-Ode, the administrative Headquarters of Ijebu-Ode Local Government Area of Ogun State, have hailed the Nigeria Police under the leadership of Acting Inspector General, IG Kayode Egbedokun, for the elevation of Mr. Julius Agunbiade from Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) to ASP ll.
Officer Agunbiade is serving in Igbeba Police Division of Ijebu-Ode Police Area Command, Ogun State. His promotion came recently.
Some of the residents and people of Ijebu Ode who commended the police authority for the promotion of Julius Agunbiade popularly known as Isakusa, said he deserved it, describing him as a hardworking, dedicated and professional officer.
They noted that Agunbiade is palpably dedicated to duty and rules of society policing as exemplified by the result-oriented directive of the Commissioner of Police, Ogun State, CP Abiodun Alamutu and the effective commanding plan of ACP Omosanyi Adeniyi, who is the Area Commander, Ijebu-Ode Police Area Command.
A number of the residents who took to the social media to applaud the elevation, also acknowledged the complementary effort and leadership skill of CSP Christy Okpaghoro, the DPO, Igbeba Police Division in helping to keep lives and properties more secured in Ijebu Ode and environs.
The excited people were in agreement that the promotion will further boost officer Agunbiade’s morale and rejig his zeal to serve his fatherland more and better with policing duty.
