The Abuja, Nigerian Federal Capital Territory (FCT), division of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria(NICN) has restrained the Nigeria Labour Congress(NLC) and Trade Union Congress(TUC) from embarking on planned strike on Wednesday.
This followed an ex – parte motion dated June 5, 2023 and filed before Justice O.Y. Anuwe of the Abuja NICN by the Federal Government and Attorney General of the Federation against the NLC and TUC.

Justice after listening to the prayers of the applicants/plaintiffs granted the order sought and fixed June 19 as hearing date for the substantive suit.
