Foremost real estate firm in Ogun State; Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, has begun the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the roads in her estates with the contractor moving to the site.
The Daily Crucible observed that the contractor moved to the site on Friday and the workers were also seen carrying out the survey work and mapping of the roads in Pelican Valley Estate, the firm’s pioneer estate in Laderin – Abeokuta, where ‘unusual homes happen.’
The company’s other estates to benefit from the N1bn roads project include: Pelican Brief Estate, Pelican Valley Ecostay Apartments and Pelican Valley Greenish Acres Farm Estate – all situated at the Masa – Kobape corridor of Ogun State.
The firm’s CEO, Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo had on Monday this week announced to the excitement of investors and potential clients that the real estate company had already earmarked One Billion Naira for the important roads project.
The realtor also announced that Mr. Cyprian Emesuruman, an experienced hand regarding concrete roads and interlocking stones, had been engaged to commence immediate direct labour construction of the roads, with the Pelican Valley Estate, Laderin as the take – off site.
The contractor is expected to complete the Pelican Valley major roads on or before May 18, 2023 as part of events to mark the real estate practitioner’s birthday.
