The CEO and realtor who congratulated his new management team on the feat being recorded within a short time of coming on board, also used the avenue to show – off the government approvals for the two proposed developments, urging all potential developers in the estate not to patronise quacks as they risk getting questionable building approvals obtained with equally fake and forged documents, which according to him, could bring about dire consequences on such projects later.
He appealed to the clients to also make use of qualified and verifiable COREN certified engineers for their projects, to ensure due diligence and forestall building hazards and financial losses that often follow projects executed based on ‘penny wise and pound foolish’ mindset.
Adeyemo, however, commended the two clients for taking the right steps, and assured them of the company’s unrelenting adherence to professionalism, standard and accountability, before, during and after the projects.
