The management of Coker Estate Residents Association(CERA) has resolved to organise the first of its kind maiden edition of 2023 Landlord’s and Landlady’s Forum / Hangout Summit to celebrate together during the festive period as year draws closer to its end.
In a release by the CERA Chairman, Tony Obihai and made available to The Daily Crucible, it stated that the event promises to showcase the rich and developmental values of the estate as it will also feature activities as such; keynote address, developmental projections, interactions with all stakeholders, and refreshments and lots more.
The release mentioned the achievements of CERA under the leadership of the Chairman, Mr. Tony Obihai and the secretary as the enforcement of the estate rules and regulations that governs and guide all residents and its visitors and sustenance of the operational core values, mission and vision for proper security checks and standards.
It also highlighted that the three gates in the estate were functional with illumination in some flash points within the estate.
The release quoted the chairman, Mr. Obihai as appealing to all Landlords and Landladies to find time to grace the planned wonderland and the first of its kind Forum/Hangout where stakeholders would have opportunities to discuss and chart the directions, values and enterprises of the estate.
According to him, the next year activities would be more accommodating and laudable as regards projects and strategic developmental positioning to enhance livelihoods in the estate.
In his contribution, the Financial Secretary, Mr. James Lawrence commended all residents for their tireless support and understanding, given to the executives in achieving the set goals.
The planned event is scheduled to hold at the Officers Mess NAF Base, Shasha, Orisumbare, Alimosho, Lagos.
