Senator Solomon Adeola (APC, Ogun West) has expressed great sadness at the demise of Honourable Oluwaseun Olayinka Adekambi, the erstwhile Leader of the Yewa South Legislative Council, who died on Saturday and was buried yesterday in Ilaro.
In a condolence message to the family of the deceased and the people and government of Yewa South Local Government led by Barrister Ogunsola, the senator said the news of his demise was shocking as he was not known to suffer any health challenge.
Conveying the condolences through a statement by Chief Kayode Odunaro, his Media Adviser, Adeola stressed that council legislator’s demise is a great loss not only to his immediate family and the people of Pahayi in Ilaro but Yewa South LGA and indeed Ogun State.
“The death of Hon, Adekambi at a relatively young age is a sad loss of a rising political star. Many attests to his positive role as the Leader of the Yewa South Legislative Council in the short period he held sway. He is noted as a listening leader assisting all and sundry to the best of his ability. His absence will be greatly felt in the council” the senator stated.
Senator Adeola pray for the peaceful repose of his soul and the fortitude for his immediate family and colleagues in the Council to bear the irreparable loss of a dearly beloved.
