Once again., Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited on Sunday shined at the Origo International 2023 Excellence Awards, winning the Canada – based organisation’s real estate champion category award.
Christened the 2023 Origo International Real Estate Champion Award, it was presented to the the CEO of Pelican Valley, Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo, in Lagos by Chief Adetola Adeniyi at a ceremony that had in attendance some notable Nigerians who were also garlanded with awards for their achievements.
Chief Tola Adeniyi, a renowned veteran International journalist, publisher and columnist, in his keynote address at the ceremony, dwelled on “The Media: The Last Estate Standing for Democracy in Nigeria.”
The Pelican Valley beats many other real estate firms in the country to emerge the Champion. This brings to 40, the number of similar awards the foremost estate firm had garnered since the beginning of the year.

Responding to the honour bestowed him and his real estate firm, Dr. Adeyemo commended Origo International for singling Pelican Valley for recognition and award out of the many estate firms operating in the country.
Explaining how Pelican Valley has continued to win more awards and recognitions, the Realtor said the culture of sticking to due diligence, honesty, integrity, perseverance, high ethical principles and client’s satisfaction remain the firm’s selling point and what gives it an edge over others.

Engr. Ndukwe, a seasoned serial entrepreneur, waste recycling enthusiast and plastic waste recycling business coach won the Origo Environmental Champion Award while Builder Adeola Adebisi Banjo won the Origo Leadership Champion Award.
