OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU : THE URGENT NEED TO DECLARE STATE OF EMERGENCY IN ABIA STATE

(1) We write to respectfully notify your excellency as the President and Commander in-Chief of Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria that it is time to halt the unconstitutional convergence of democracy scavengers , predators , buccaneers and Assassins in Abia State Government house

(2) We therefore as a matter of urgent National importance want to bring your attention to Mr Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi, Com Joe Ajaero, Com Ugboaja Emmanuel and Governor Alex Oti plans to plunge Nigeria in to another Civil war through their satanic ethnic agenda in order to have an unconstitutional change of your administration using Labour party as a platforms since the NLC is no more viable to promote their illegally planned political insurrection for a violent overthrown

(3) Your Excellency will recall that Joe Ajaero who was fronting for Peter Obi was earlier alledge by the police for criminal conspiracy, terrorism financing, treasonable felony, subversion and Cybercrimes which the NLC illegally threatened to shut down our dear country over the criminal infractions committed by one person

(4) Your Excellency, Joe Ajaero was again invited by the police via another letter of invitation dated 28th August 2024 in an alledge case of criminal intimidation, conducts likely to cause breech of public peace and malicious damage to properties in which his name was mentioned and he was expected to appear at the Force Intelligence Department (FID) on the 5th of September 2024.

(5) Your Excellency Sir, since it’s now apparent to Mr Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi, Joe Ajaero, NLC political Wing , Com Emmanuel Ugboaja that the game is up for their IPOB sponsored NLC terrorists organization to continue their infantile unconstitutional political insurrection for a change of democratic Government which your Excellency is leading presently, this group of political buccaneers and democracy assassins opted to now use the Governor of Abia State Mr Alex Oti to Clandestinely under the cover of immunity to help them take over Labour party where they voted over 5 billion Naira and use the party as a tool to cause mayhems, arsons, insurrection, blackmail until your Excellency is removed from office

(6).Your Excellency Sir, we have an unconfirmed information that the INEC National Chairman Prof Mahmud YAKUBU held a meeting with the Governor of Abia State in an undisclosed venue which some Obidients supporters claimed that the INEC National Chairman directed the Abia State Governor to convene Labour party Stake holder/ National Executive Council NEC meeting with all the Elected National and State Assembly member where they will dissolved all Executive Council of our party at all levels

(7)Your Excellency Sir, Gov Alex Oti has therefore accepted the dangerous and very unpatriotic tasks to provide further cover for Joe Ajaero treasonable felony offense with his NLC political terrorists organization and also Clandestinely pursuing to help achieve the long term ambition of Mr Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi continuous de- marketing of Nigeria, divisive hatred , bitterness and wishes to governed our country through unconstitutional and violent overthrow of your administration

(8)Their satanic mission has now been confirmed by the contemnor Governor of Abia State Mr Alex Oti who out of gross impunity and executive rascality convene a Labour party Extended Stake holder meeting as allegedly directed by Prof Mahmud YAKUBU and is slated to hold at Government house today Wednesday the 4th day of August 2024 in Abia State in his illegal capacity as National Secretary and Mr Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi as National Chairman against the judgement of court of Appeal in Benin Edo State and Abuja that had set aside the restraining order on Bar Julius Abure and ordered him to continue to function unhindered as the National Chairman of Labour party and Alh Farouk Umar Ibrahim as National Secretary

(10)Your Excellency is aware of Com Joe Ajaero threats to National Security through his militants ethnic union NLC that has now metamorphose to the military arm of the proscribed Indigenous People Of Biafra(IPOB) and his penchant to End Nigeria Democracy immediately after the 2023 General Election when he embarked on actions that appear to be against the corporate existence of Nigeria via the invasion of our country international Airport and switching off our National Grid against the trade union acts and miscellaneous acts

(11) Your Excellency is aware that the trio of Com Joe Ajaero, Dele Famoruti, Aisha Yesufu and handful host of others arsonist Obidients supporters of Mr Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi and Gov Alex Oti are still very bittered about Labour party loss of 2023 General Election and has thus adopted a combative and confrontational militancy against the Nigerian state , properties and military institutions

(12) Infact they still up till today refers to you as illegitimate president even after the Supreme Court which the highest court in Nigeria has declared you as the legitimate president . They are growing and coordinating so many uninformed Nigerians from a particular section of the country to intimidate and wage war against your legitimate Government and administration

(13) Your Excellency Sir, their Satanic commitment to removed Julius Abure and Alh Farouk Umar was born out of their adulterated, hyphenated and dysfunctional contraption to use their propose Illegal National officers to be appointed in Abia State to confront your government and set Nigerians against you with lies and ethic propaganda to achieved their unconstitutional motives to violently change your administration

(14) Your Excellency will therefore agreed conclusively with our party that the life of most of the Obidients actors in this theater of political absurdity has already been thoroughly demystified ,completely ruined, misguided , misdirected and criminalised to the bargain.

(15).Your Excellency Sir, it’s now expedient as a matter of urgency to direct the National Security Adviser to summon the Chief of Defence Staff and other service chiefs with the Inspector General Of Police and the Director General of the Department of State Services to be on the red alert to monitored this group of political insurgents because Joe Ajaero, Dele Famoruti and Aisha Yesufu with other Obidients mobs drumbeat is coming from those trying to flex their tiny muscles over the control of Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which they have no legitimacy over

(16) Your Excellency Sir, the very best type of political gameplay rests squarely on the shoulders of beneficial issues primarily to promote love, peace and harmony within the polity and not to propagate the politics of discordant tone and secession which is often in the dimension of antagonistic bitterness as evidence in Mr Peter Gregory onwubuasi Obi and Gov Alex Oti
