Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State, former governor Gbenga Daniel, his wife; Yeye Olufunke Daniel, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, Chief (Mrs) Bola Obasanjo, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship aspirant, Otunba Jimi Lawal, were among scores of dignitaries from Ogun State and beyond who graced the solemnisation of the marriage between Dr. Abdulwaheed Opeyemi Azeez and Barr. Azeezat Olaide Sarafa.
Azeezat is the daughter of Nigerian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom; Ambassador Tunji Ishola Sarafa.

The colourful wedding was formalised on Saturday at The Marque Auditorium, Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library(OOPL), Abeokuta, the state capital.
Representatives of the British High Commission in Lagos, Minister of Mine and Steel, Arc. Olamilekan Adepite, friends of the Ambassador from the media, traditional rulers among others also honoured the bride’s parents with their presence.
The Kogi State governor, Yahaya Bello, sent a representative.
