The National Secretariat of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been thrown into mourning following the news of the múrder of its Director of Administration, Dr. Abdulraif Adekunle Adeniji.
Dr Adeniji who was abducted on January 26, 2025 by gunmen wielding AK-47 rifles in the Chikakore area of Kubwa, within the Bwari Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), was said to have been kìlled by the kidnappers, on Thursday, April 10.
The ruling party director was abducted alongside his wife wife and brother but the wife was shot déad due to her inability to keep up pace with them while on their long walk to an unknown destination.
Adeniji was on a visit to his brother’s residence when the gunmen struck.
According to the Guardian Newspaper, the kidnappers kìlled Adeniji after collecting the sum of about N90 million ransom.
