A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja Monday, April 8, remanded a Binance executive, Tigran Gambaryan, in Kuje Correctional Centre, pending the determination of his bail application.

The trial judge, Justice Emeka Nwite, handed down the order following Gambaryan’s not guilty plea to the money laundering charges preferred against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC).
The judge subsequently adjourned the case till April 18 for ruling on his bail application and May 2 for commencement of trial.
