Yoruba nation agitator, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho has declared that there will be no relenting in the quest for an independent Odua Nation.
The self-acclaimed Yoruba Nation agitator also said there will be many peaceful rallies this year in furtherance of the self-determination struggle for the people of the South-West and Yoruba ethnic extraction.
He added that the push for a separate yoruba nation is non-negotiable.
Speaking on Thursday through his spokesman, Olayomi Koiki, Igboho in a New Year message stated that his wishes to all Yoruba sons and daughters, both at home and abroad was to achieve the Yoruba Nation.
“Our watchword remains ‘No going back.’ This is the time for unity, courage, and focus. We are resolute in our mission, and we call on all Yoruba sons and daughters to be prepared for what lies ahead.
“Peaceful protests and rallies will be held continuously to assert our rights to self-determination. Do not fear, this is a movement that will bring about the change we all desire.
“This is not the time for hesitation. We must sit up, organise, and move forward together. The journey may be challenging, but our destination is clear, and our victory is certain.
“As we step into this new season, we are closer than ever to achieving our dreams,” Igboho stated.
