A Canada – based Nigerian scholar, Akinwunmi Akinremi, has used his keen business eye to survey the Pelican Ecostay Apartments Kobape and environs, concluding that its strategic location that allows seamless link to Lagos, Ibadan and any other city in Southwest geopolitical zone is an advantage to investors, especially the diasporas.

Everything is well landscaped, there are a lot of trees in front of the houses and good surroundings and it is an enjoyable place. Ecostay Apartment is just fantastic, all the facilities that we needed were in there. We had TV, air conditioners, and free wifi where we were able to watch YouTube, movies, and more. It was so excellent.
“Also, I was able to walk around and saw genuine creativity and efforts to make the diaspora feel Canada in Kobape. I walked through Toronto, Manitoba avenue, Ontario and other streets and I was very surprised because I was able to see a lot of buildings on the site, and I even saw some people are living there, who are fully settled there. So, it was a very pleasant and very enjoyable stay in the Ecostay Apartment.

That is the fact that I know that very soon, we are going to start to develop our project so as to join people who are already here.”
