A young native doctor popularly called “Akwa Okuko Tiwaraki – the hen’s egg that breaks Coconut to pieces, has been abducted by people suspected to be unknown gunmen, who also shot dead two security guards in the process.
The native doctor said to responsible for preparing anti – bullets and prosperity charms for people, was seized and taken away to an unknown location by the attackers who stormed his hotel room in Oba, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State on Sunday night.
His two personal aides were also shot dead.
It was gathered that the man reputed as one of the strongest as well as the richest witch doctor in the State, was abducted unchallenged by the gunmen.
A source close to the family said:“Akwa Okuko Tiwaraki na Oba has been kidnapped last night in his Triple P Hotel.
“Two of his security men were shot dead. Where is Nwa Ocha and Odeshi? This is someone people flock his Oba mansion for anti-bullet charms and other money rituals.”
Police spokesperson, Tochukwu Ikenga confirmed the incident, saying Commissioner of Police, Aderemi Adeoye has launched manhunt for his abductors.
“The incident happened around 11:30pm last night.
“CP Aderemi Adeoye has ordered that operatives go after his abductors and ensure his release,” he said.
