The Executive Secretary of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND), Arc. Sonny Echono, has assured Nigerians that the body is committed to providing access to quality education for every student, wherever they may be.
Echono made this remark while receiving the Governor of Zamfara State, Dauda Lawal, who was on a working visit to TETFUND in Abuja on Thursday: “We are committed to ensuring education continues and that every student, wherever they may be, has access to quality education,” Echono stated.
Arc. Echono, affirmed the Fund’s commitment to supporting education not only in Zamfara State, despite security issues, but also in every part of the country.
“TETFund is dedicated to ensuring that every part of the country and all students have access to quality education; noting that Zamfara, like other states, benefits from TETFund’s High-Impact projects.
The Executive Secretary remarked that TETFUND’s commitment is in tandem with the goals of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Administration; that has renewed hope in education with various initiatives, including the students’ loan scheme.
