Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) have arrested and detained controversial cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye popularly known as Bobrisky, for alleged abuse of naira, spraying of naira notes and currency mutilation.
Bobrisky, who seemed embattled in that last couple of weeks, especially after he named best dressed in movie premiere, was nabbed in Lagos on Wednesday night, and has since been detained at the facility of the EFCC Lagos Command.
It was learnt that Bobrisky would be charged to court soon upon conclusion of ongoing investigation into the matter.
Sources close to the agency said that the cross – dresser is currently at the Lagos command in connection with the alleged abuse of naira notes, spraying of nara notes, and currency mutilation, among other alleged Infractions.
